[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — applied for mswipe on 24.08.2019 till not received the machine | |||
I paid rs.1770 for mswipe machine on 24.08.2019 at that time executive mr. Harshit and area sales officer pallabi roy said it will take 7to 10 days to install the machine but after the payment she never received any call or give any information. Till date i have not received it. So i repeatedly tell them to refund my money or sent a written mail for the update. But they never did it. So i request u to help me regarding this issue. Because i need the machine urgently. If they can't provide the machine they should refund my money. I am highly unsatisfied with the service of mswipe and of course with the area sales officer and team. Was this information helpful? | |||
