[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — bad customer service and extra deductions | |||
This product is being sold with wrong promises. Once the product sold the sales person will not pick up our calls in case if we face any problem. Very poor customer service they also not able to solve the issues & No one was replying our mails.. Every month they will charge 400 to 500 rupees extra and giving unwanted reasons. After several phone calls and emails, they will return back the money. But from next month on wards same problems will start. After fed up of all these issues I have cancel the device and ask for my documents back. But they did not give my documents back. One day all of sudden, may be after 5 months they will send a cheque to our bank as ECS without informing us. Just to fool customers, customer care department will raise some tickets (complaint number). Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Sep 24, 2018 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Dear Nithesh, As checked the surrender request TBK02508669 was given on 25-Apr-18, last trxn date is 24-Apr-18 and according to it device got De-installed on 22-May-18. Hence, there is no excess deduction done. | |||
