[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — cancellation of mswipe account | |||
From past november i am not using the mswipe machine. I have lodged the complaint many times to cancel my account. They said there team will work soon, but today is the 4th april 2018. Nearly six months they have not cancelled the mswipe account. Every month they are deducting monthly maintenance charges from my account. I called several time this month. Not good response from the customer care executive. Just wasting my timing calling them. First time i saw such a careless company. Was this information helpful? | |||

I swip a card with msip machine for business purposes with amount 35000/ and 30000/but it's not credited to my account.
Please look into this.
The amount of Rs.35000 and 30000 was released on 7-04-2018 and 10-04-2018 with NEFT number NEFTRATNN18097796602/000035308989 and NEFTRATNN18100034806/000035546176 respectively.
Please confirm if your issue has been resolved.
