I have activated an cash at pos service on my mswipe device on 10 june 17
At the time of activation of this service i was not told that there would be any charges for activating this service.
On 12june 17 i did a transaction of rs 1200/-and transaction was approved
On 13june 17 i got a massage from mswipe that rs 704/-has been sent to my bank account i was shocked to know this.
Rs 500/- was deducted from my transaction
I request you to kindly refund the money deducted

Updated by Rajjiten Sir i have activated a cash at pos service on10 june 2017 at the time of activation i was not told that i will have to pay any charges on 12 june. 2017 i did an transaction of rs1200 on 13 june 2017 i recivied a massage that rs 704 is credited to my account and rs 500 has been detected now i have been charged rs 500 pl get the matter resolved and refund the amount my tid 42051187 my contact no [protected] pl do the needful at earilist thanks
