[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Cash being deducted without use of the machine | |||||
I had requested the Mswipe in August 2015 to stop the payment against the machine [protected] as I have not been using it. The issue was processed successfuly & there were no deductions against the same. Somehow 2 months later they deducted the 2 months monthly rental & by the time they resolve the issue the rent for the month of October 2015 has been deducted as well. Upon calling them, they raised a ticket Tbk00133171 & mentioned that the issue will be resolved within 24hrs & the amount will be refunded too. Its almost a week now & i havent heard back from them. The CSR executive is pretty lame to not even answer my emails. Was this information helpful? | |||||
