[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — charging rent even if I am not using from last 6 months | |||
Mswipe sales person visited my shop, he told me to use try mswipe pos terminal for 6 month so i gave him 6 months cheque & started the service from january 2018. On 1st swipe of my customer, mswipe started deducting money, i came to know after few payments done by my customer. So i called toll free no.To check the issue, they told me i have paid for only 6 months & still more money has to be paid for more 6 months as payment should be made for 1 year. So i called the sales person & explained him everything, he also said the toll free person is wrong & that we have subscribed for 6 months only & he gave me the mobile no. Of accounts person, sales person said that this guy will solve your problem as its not a big issue. Accounts person said to whats app him the no. Behind the swipe machine, & after sending it i called him again to check it. He checked it. But after that he never replied even if i called him. Then i called him from another no., he picked it up & said that he has lots of work pressure & he cannot help me. So i again called sales person, he said the problem will be solved in few days. After few days i again called him but he was not picking up the phone & if i call on toll free they were not ready to listen to my request of stop deducting the money. I was in a terrible mental torture. What to do i was not knowing. Then i messaged the sales person saying i am not blaming you for this issue, lets work together & solve this issue together, after this message he started picking up the phone & we both together sorted out the issue. Approx after approx 2 months my deducted money was refunded back to me. So much efforts made, time waste, energy waste & then the issue was solved & that also without any mistake from my side. No compensation, no apologies nothing from mswipe now after 6 months were gone, i stopped using the mswipe as my subscription has expired, new problems i faced. Approx 2 months after the subscription expired, another sales person visited my shop & gave me zero rental offer & i agreed to it. But he said that i will have to pay the existing rent which has started after the expiry of my 6 months subscription. I was shocked & i said him i have no idea about it & how come after the expiry i have to pay the rent & also no one has called me from mswipe to inform me whether i wont to continue using mswipe pos terminal or discontinue & if i continue using it i will have to pay rent, no sms nothing was sent by mswipe. So he said even after the expiry of 6 months subscription the rent continues & i have to pay for it nothing doing. I didn't agreed. & i told him to waive off the rent, then he spoke to his authorities & told me that he will waive 25% but i was firm then he agreed to waive 50% then again all of the rent rs.1000/- was waived & he told after that he will start the zero rental plan, but he also said me not to start immediately the zero rental plan, as he will first inform me after waiving off the rent first & he also told me to remind in a week about this issue. Now again he was not replying me after i calling him. So i was not able to understand whether the amount is waived or not & still i was not using my mwsipe terminal as the issue was not resolved so again mental torture started. Then after 2 months i called to toll free no. They said i have to pay 177 as rent, again headache started & i told him to connect me to higher authorities, when the higher authority madam was online i told her to waive rs.177/- & mail me or sms me. I gave her my email address but i didnt recieved any mail of waiving off the rent. In november i talked to toll free no, the rent was 354/- again i told him to waive it off or stop the service & collect the terminalor connect me to higher authority, he was laughing at my anger & insulting me. He told me within 24 hours the higher authority will contact me. Now in december mswipe calls me & says me that u had requested us to deactivate the service but you will have to pay rs.531/-again the same thing started. I requested again to him to waive off the full amount as it is not my fault & i have told the previous sales person to stop the rent also. He said he will waive 31/- rs. & told me to pay 500/-. I denied. He disconnected the phone telling me that he will talk to his colleagues & again call me. Nearly i had to talk to him for 30 min even that day i was not well.Same day he called me again & said me that he will waive off 231/- rs. &that i should pay rs.300/- & that rs.300/- will be deducted by ecs on 26 or 27th december 2018. I denied that also & told him to waive full rs.531/- & that i will continue after that on zero rental plan. After that no call from them(toll free) to fully waive off the amount so much mental harassment & agony, time waste & energy waste for not a single mistake done by me.
