[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Company didn't settled 3rd Dec & 4th Dec amount 13417 to firm account | |||
Its totally fraud going on Mswipe is holding my amount due to some other fraud dispute transactions of 22Oct 22. Never use their swipe machines 1.I have shared the Invoice of 22nd Oct rupees 50, 000 as an evidence which we give to all our happy customers at the time of purchasing products in our store .If needed i can share all other invoices as well to support this bad situation. 2.There is no bank seal or stamp in the dispute file that Mswipe shared on this mail thread that a customer raised against our firm. 3. Kindly, double check the transactions that is 4 digit pin verified debit Visa card that means customer paid after purchasing the products at our store. 4.In dispute form it is mentioned regarding services that we don't offer any service that is totally wrong and unacceptable but our firm is a jewellery store that means customers purchase physically on their own understanding and belief with mentally present at our store only which clearly means products are given hand to hand on spot in store only after payment. No online shipping & ecommerce shopping are entertained. 5.We won't be able to provide CCtv footage on 14th Jan2023 because DVR attached with 6 cameras has some limit of recordings as the case occurred on 22nd Oct 2022. 6.Mswipe can't hold transactions for other transactions, Mswipe don't have right to do so. 7.We are ready to take legal actions against Mswipe if my amount of 3rd & 4th Dec is not settled in our firm's account. 8.If Mswipe will defend this case with expertise for our firm there is no evidence received till now to us. 9.If the dispute gets over then our firm will get a heavy loss of more than rupees 1, 25, 000 because that fraudster will be having more than 10gms of 18k/750 gold and amount settled by the dispute bank in which Mswipe doesn't get impacted . transactions happen on 22nd OCt '22, dispute raised on 30 N0v'22 and my fund kept on hold of 3rd Dec & 4th Dec as chargeback ..
For this i issue I have already shared extra Invoices for both cash & card transaction which is provided while purchasing products along with firm business document details.
Find this solution of this issue other wise raise this to District court.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused, as mentioned earlier as well we have already rejected the cardholder claim on the basis of documents received from your end and the tentative refund due date is 14th January 2023.
Further, we took up with the card issuing bank for early closure against which we are awaiting a response from the card issuing bank.
