[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Complaint about service | |||||
We hv a swipe machine from mswipe. it is changed on 26th nov due to non working of old machine. there service person changed it and now since 26th nov it is not working. we contact all related persons, call there toll free numbers, complaint about this problem. there customer care number cn not b connected too many time. it is almost not working. when i talk to there customer care executive they response that machine will be working within 2 -3 hours. but it is still no response from company.machine is not working. they did not care for there customers.totally worthless company. no one hear ur problem. i contact all the ways available, call, email but all in vain. plz no one should use there swipe machine.
