[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Amount kept on hold (A month ago) | |||||
With out any reason mswipe kept amount on hold (6th 7th 8th june transactions) customer care keep call on hold and simply disconnect call after 30 mins. All the documents has been sent trough mail no reply from u people. No one bouther about customer even @ hyd branch office. If i had called mumbai ofc even no response. I had sent documents to hold, hold response, hepldesk, carddisputes all the mail ids provided by swipe but still no response. When i had visited branch office they make customer to wait for hours.
