[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — complaint against m swipe technology | |||||
My name is amit gahlot and i have a shop garment shop in dwarka mor which was closed july and i m using m swipe machine for a year due to problem i surrender my both m swipe machine to the company in the 7 month and they gave me the receiving of both machine but the machine charges are deducted every month from my account till today and i gave complainted many time no solution and on 28 september 2018 my money was deducted and when i call to the customer care the said that sir we have received your complaint and shut off your machine in 10 days and till now they were taking charges and i m not using the machine for the last 4 month... I am not satisfied from mswipe pos machine as they say before time of purchase that it is free for lifetime. Only when u anyone swipe above 2000 amount then it is chargeable . Please refund this pos machine and my amount. Thanks
