[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Credit Card machine not working | |||||
My merchant ID is [protected] and it is almost a week the swipe machine is not working. I have been calling their customer care, but all the time, some mechanical guy gives me the same ridiculed answer that the issue will be resolved in a days time. I have lost some serious business and I hope that this loss is paid by MSWIPE! Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I had to eventually write to their CEO to get the issue resolved. However, the overall service experience was pathetic! Would not recommend MSWIPE to anyone ever in my business fraternity! Mswipe Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
