Since 10 days we are trying to contact your support and no one is available. REALLY VERY POOR AND UN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
We have not received the credit for the below transaction and its been debited from the customers account.

We tried the transaction using our M Swipe machine and the it clearly showed failed, we also have a screen shot of the same. After few hours got the message that transaction is successful.
