Hi, in Nov 2017 i have request for cancellation of my device in customer care centre and they accept the same. But they don't collect the device from me but the rental ECS was stopped. But after 4 months they re activate the device and deducted 4 months rental at one time. I have called customer care many times but no use it is not yet deactivated.

There has been regular debits of 300 and 100 Rupees being made on my account for past few months and I have raised the same to the customer care over phone and email but the same is not being refunded and instead charges are being made.
