Dear sir, After given request for deactivation of my device on 05/2017 still you people are charging monthly rental from my bank account. My device no.[protected]. Now this year suddenly you people are charging monthly rentals. Here i am giving you the details of those, Ref. No.[protected] rs.113/- on 31/00/2018, Ref. No.[protected]rs.300 on 31/03/2018. Ref. Here to remind you, only Rs.295/- is refunded what about rest of amount RS.3000/-... Kindly refunded as soon as possible.

How come the matter is resolved.Still you people are not refunded my total amount of money which has been deducted unnecessary. Kindly give me the details, how the case is resolved. Here you clearly mentioned after generated ticket no.TBK01131212 what ever money has been deducted it will be refunded.Still I received only RS.295/- what about rest of amount. Kindly reply, if the customer service is really good.
