[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — debited amount from my account 7 times in last 2 minutes | |||
Dear manish patel, I am a very frustrated and deeply sadden person by the service of mswipe card swipe machine as a retailed associated with your company since last 9month your company is being charging wrongfully for the service i never used it has taken 9 complete months and my precious time and mental agony its sheer harassment that your company has caused and now that is behind there is now new way of harassment that's been invented by your company i have been charges ecs of rs.350 7 times in span of 2 mintues by your company to which when i asked to your customer care executive abruptly keeps my phone on hold once when i call again the lady says there is no records with us. I asked to speak to someone responsible she says the seniors are busy you send email we will see what can be done. I really want to get out of your mess please refund me my money i quit your pathetic piece of finding mswipe technologies private ltd. I am very sorry to use such language but your company has driven me to this conclusion after using the service for two years. I have filed consumer complaint not once 3thrice against your company but still no luck.
