[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Debiting rent amount even after submitting the device

I have submitted the device in September 2020 when I have asked the company to pick the device on August 20, 2020. The device was picked up on September 9, 2020. After two years in April 2022, they have deducted an amount of Rs. 413/- without intimating me or even calling me. When I contacted the customer care, they don't either pick up the calls or the number gets disconnected automatically. Please see that I am refunded the amount. It is not my responsibility to pay the rent when I have asked them to pick the device beforehand.
