[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — deducting charges on deactivated machine | |||
I raised a concern to close my account and take that machine which you provided me on but no one is coming to pick up the machine and they are charging me monthly fee even though i'm not using that machine. They always say that their executive came and called but no one answered. The reality is no one will come neither they will pick up the product nor they meet us in person. No proper resolution is provided even after multiple calls. I'm trying to close this account for 1 year. The complaint no. Is tdk05141216. And even they charged 5000/- unnecessary from my account.
