I submitted complaint on 16th april 2019 for cancellation & refund of my application no. Appl00428879. Till now my refund is not processed. They told "we have forwarded your request to our sales team and same will be done at earliest".. Earliest???!!! Earliest = how many days/months they didn't mentioned.
