[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — duplicate debit card transaction, merchant says reversed one, but did not get the money in account | |||
On 12-november-2017, sunday i used my debit card for a purchase in a nearby shop. Due to a mistake by merchant, the card was swiped twice on mswipe pos machine and the money was deducted twice from my bank account. But the merchant says he reversed the transaction on the same day. Even after 1 month, i am still waiting for the transaction reversal refund money to be credited my bank account. Below are the transaction details: Amount : rs.1747=00. Shop: baby lee, rr building, dlf newtown, akshayanagara, bangalore-560068 Pos machine : mswipe Date: 12-november-2017. Time: 20:37 Transaction number:[protected] Can you please check and let me know where the money is held? I will take legal course of action if i don't get the money.
