[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — engineer not came to sense india office for resolving the issue | |||
We have 4 Mswipe devices ( 2 were existing and recently purchase 2 new Mswipe machines). the new Mswipe machines are not working and we have placed a complaint on 4th Oct'2018. After repeatedly calling in customer care no. -every time the response is that the engineer will visit on the same day, however still no one has came to resolve the issue. this has been 2nd time that there has been no proper revert from Mswipe customer care. the two request/complaint no. are - TBK03168538, TBK03186719 I would request you to kindly escalate the matter and help us in resolving the matter. warm regards, Manali Shah Was this information helpful? | |||
