[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — excessive rent, sim and mdr charges deducted and not refunding money | |

Joshi marg, byculla, Mumbai - 400 011 Telephone icon tel :[protected] Sub: legal representation for excess charges in monthly rental and mdr charges Dear sir, This is to inform you that we have been charged excess for mswipe wisepad g2 for the 2nd time in span of 4months used by eye care professionals. The sim card never used by me is charged for and mdr charges levied even after you charging additional rs.177 under so called auto activated plan 30k which to my surprise was supposed to be the only rental (No additional rent of rs350 + gst). This is what your customer or sales executive have informed me over telephone call. I made a tele complaint tbk02536432 to your executive sangeeta who assured me the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. She on my request asked to send a whatapp message to your customer agent anju on mobile no.[protected] which i did and never received any response to it till date. So i next made call to check as there was no communication either from mswipe or your customer care in frustration and had the heated exchange of words with customer care executive, who just banged the phone midway conversation after keeping me waited for 30mins with reason system is working slow which is as usual the trademark excuse of mswipe. When i requested to speak to the senior he said if you want to complain please go ahead but i wont be able to forward the call as they are busy in meeting. He repeatedly was asking me to request for refund. This same thing is happening for the second time since february 2018 for same account as if we as merchant and users of mswipe dont have any other work apart for calling every other day to mswipe and ask for our money to be refeunded which due to mswipe poor work culture or system or mistake is happening. Excess charging of customer hard earned money is a daily routine of mswipe. Attached earlier complaint on same forum to which they have settled by giving 2months rent free. Verified Support May 22, 2018 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Dear Ashish, We have refunded the amount deducted against the rental waiver i.e., the amount of Rs.826 with UTR number KKBK[protected] and the amount deducted against 30 k freedom plan of Rs.177 with UTR number KKBK[protected].
