Dear manager My self Rahul Tiwari a customer of your bank I would like to inform you that I have made a transaction on 13 Nov at 20.01 at a shop the amount was 2350.00 I have instantly got message for debit of amount But merchant haven't got this money in his account. Transaction was made through m-swipe machine. I request you to kindly look into the matter. And do needful I am pasting the message which I have got when debit card was swiped ""A/c N9417 Dr for INR 2350.00 CardTxn:RPAY-POS/MANI. I had done a transaction of 582 with a merchant MLR gupta, sri santhoshimatha matching centre. On 15 Feb 2017 card ending 6777 when contacted customer care they are saying rudely as transaction not done and I had bank transaction also
