Mswipe Technologies — harassment of customer care executives and not refunding the amount to the customer credit card | |||
I made 1 transaction on 21 february 2019 but mswipe has put on hold saying that it high value transaction. Mswipe demanded printed scan copy or transfer the amount to cardholder. Here i selected to transfer the amount to card holder But the amount was not deposit to the customer account till today[protected]. When i call the customer services they told give me 48 to 72 hours the problem will be rectified. From 22 february 2019 the customer care executives repeated same answer and not giving proper response. I requested you to look into this matter and solve the problem. My customer is scolded in unparlimentary language every day at my shop.
