[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — have held my amount and no answer even after sending proofs through mail | |||
This is another chapter o[censored]nprofessional behavior/unreasonable policies by mswipe team. Again mswipe team held amount swiped at my outlet on 8th nov17. The transactions were made on 8th nov17 for a total of rs[protected]+26000+19000+20000). The amount has not been credtied to our account and we recieved the hold messages and reverted via mail. But there is no response from the team. It seems like we are shouting against a wall... There is another amount of rs 5200, which is still on hold since 14th nov 2016. Verified Support Nov 10, 2017 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Dear Sir, we have received your invoice and verification process has also been completed, your payments will be released By Monday (EOD) and regarding the amount of Rs. 5200.00, we have received the request to refund that amount to cardholder. So the amount has been refunded to Jaspreet Kaur Sohi. on 18-11-16 with ARN number: -05135726326005018656044.
