[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Haven't installed swiping machine. Paid more than a month back | |||
I have an existing account with mswipe. Paid the amount t of 2500 on nov 1st 2016 to a team leader called sreenivas from bangalore. Its been more than a month now and more than a hundred calls to mswipe my issue is still not resolved. This is pathetic service and the worst ever. Everytime they say they will resolve but to no credit. I am extremely frustrated with the number of follow-ups i have to do yet with no resolve to the issue When i ask for a floor manager the executives refuse to transfer the call or give excuses that there is no floor manager. Worst they will disconnect the call. And to get thru to the mswipe contact is another ball game... It takes several attempts to get thru as the call keeps dropping... Once connected. I don't think anyone cares for customer service or resolving the queries. Was this information helpful? | |||
