[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — High charges per transaction

I bought a m swipe machine for my clinic few days back. But the machine is overcharging per transaction(almost 3 times). Complained to the dealer several times but not resolved yet. Again one day an executive came and said " madam your machine has to be changed because there is some problem". He couldn't explain what is the problem. Just said " upar se ho gaya". What was the problem I couldn't understand. But overcharging for transactions is still continue. Pls look into the matter or I 'll have to return the machine and take my money back.

I am surrender my mswip machine Jan 10th 2017
But ecs not cancelled. Last month and this month also deducted amount my account each month 300 .reverse my amount my account and cancel ecs. I am literally sad u r worst service. .do nEadweard full. registered mobile no [protected]
