[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Illegal practice to keep money on hold and not refunding to customers | |||||
Hi, Mswipe is doing illegal practice to hold the declined transaction with thier account for almost more than 20 days, i had purchased 2 car tyres from a vendor on 20th dec 2016, and payment was done mswipe and i used my debit card. First time transaction was declined and second time also transaction was delined. Amount of 4980 was debited from account twice. Latter i could see that one of the declined transaction got approved and was paid to the vendor and one transaction was on hold. Repeated emails to proper authority was sent by my vendor for refunding my hold amount of 4980 rs, but since 20th dec 2016 till today i did not get any refund. I feel this is illegal practice to hold customers money with the company account as the transaction was declined. It is a shame to the company like mswipe to do such practice, and thier customer service is also very pathetic, they don;t care about the customer grievances and also do not repond to the emails sent to them I feel they should be stopped to give services and should be banned and company should be closed.
