Dear mswipe, This is sharath from our pehchaan (Registered mobile no: [protected]) with regards to mswipe. Let me reiterate the wrong doing again, we have conveyed the mswipe team in the month of oct - 2017 that we have stopped our store and we would like to suspend the partnership with the mswipe. Yet, we have found out that from the month of jan-2018 there were 10 illicit transactions happened from your end, how long does back end team needs to analyse the concern and take the necessary action? We have registered an issue with the case id: tbk02183156, tbk01731765 which deals with the unlawful transactions carried out by mswipe in the month of january. This is absolutely pathetic and absurd, even after registering a case of illicit transaction this happens again on 26-feb, 27- feb, 27-march, 27-march and 28-march. I have been dropping an emails regularly and making the reminder calls repetitively and yet there is no resolution from your end. This is not acceptable.
