Mswipe Technologies — Incorrect charges, false promises and no support received from the sales person AMOL Talarwar after giving promises | |
First time Installation of Mswipe device was done in June'19 and we renewed the same in May'20 by paying 1 year advance rent of Rs. 4130/- on 30.05.2020 with UTR : AXIC[protected] during the country wide lockdown as the sales person Mr AMOL Talarwar kept insisting to renew so that it will help him meet his sales target. He further promised deduction in MDR, access to QR sales for free and change of the corrupt SIM in the device for free. Some deductions were made in the name of service charge etc whereas nothing of that sort was informed while taking mswipe service. The sales person promised that everything is covered under rent. We have approached Mswipe and complained through multiple channels within the company with zero response to our shock. Also the sim card was corrupted and they charged for replacement. Furthermore, We are facing deduction o[censored]nlawful charges by Mswipe from the transaction dated 12.08.2020 amounting of Rs. 2500 where we have received only Rs. 1231.54 and Rs. 1211.46 were deducted as rent which we have already paid well in advance.
