Mswipe Technologies — issues are not being handled | |||
I have raised so Many queries in last couple of weeks but not getting any response from any one. I need not to get the service disconnected, i don’t want to be with mswipe any more. Please call me back at the earliest on [protected]. The complaint details are as below. 1. We have made one transaction of 2400/- which is not received to us. We have provided all the details but they are not reverting thought the fault is from their end. 2. They are forcing us for one dispute raised by customer, we do not have any details about the customer, even though asking details, they are not providing information and unnecessarily going to deduct money from our account. 3. They are not providing any assistance to my queries/issue and when i ask them to terminate the service, they are not assisting me and unnecessarily i have to keep using their product by paying monthly rent. Hi this is Riyaz Ansari the Owner of Thunder Wheelz writing this to you as the Mswipe Machine which i owned in 2017 which i had returned and surrendered but still got a debit in my account through ECS why the [censored] i got this debit My other Ecs got bounced because of this Kindly look after the matter and clear as soon as possible
