[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — machine deactivation and wrongful charges | |
I've not used the machine since october 2017. I requested deactivation sometime in january 2018 and followed up a month later. They kept saying that the request has been forwarded. But the deinstallation is yet to be done and my machine is still active. Today i was charged rent form october to april despite not using the machine and requesting deactivation three months ago.
