[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — machine exploded socket and charger | |||
I put my device on charge dispite complaining i have received a used second hand device, i put it on charge in the same socket as i previous socket i charged my phone, i used my blender, then i put the machine on charge and after a hour my socket blew up causing me electrical failure and short circuit. I had to call engineer and he said the device is faulty. I have complailed on whatsapp and i have been told it is my socket that is faulty. How can a engineer tell me it is the machine and someone on whatsapp is sitting there on his phone telling me it is my socket. Is he a astrologer or a magician? I have complained about my machine not working, I have received a machine that is used and scratched. I was given a new machine and I would like a replacement for a new machine. I paid 1947 and i want my product to be replaced at new under online purchasing and consumer act.
