Dear mswipe, I got a call from heads office 2 months back for reduction in my swipe charges and i see that the charges are not still reduced. Can i know the reason? And tried to your customer support, i believe those people are busy in themselves. Secondly, your sales executive has visited my store and he has checked the machine and from the next moment the device is not working, it has been 6 days (Visited - 20.12.2017) and when ever i call to your customer support every time it's busy. When tried to reach to your so called sales executive mr. Ravi[protected] from hyderabad, he is not even botherwd to pick up the call. Why the such good for nothing persons are working in your team. I believe i may get solution, otherwise i need to see some other alternative. As i cannot play with my customers, which is being done by mswipe team.
