Hi i was promised by satish dethe - area sales officer to get machine delivered by 17th october and from then he is not responding properly and is lying. His behavior is not at all accepted and he is rude many times. I had taken machine on commitment that it will be delivered by thursday. Today he is disconnecting my calls and is not responding to my calls and messages. This is not the way to behave with customer and lie with them and keep them in dark to get the order. Highly unprofessional employee like satish dethe brings serious bad name to their company. Request seniors to intervene and take immediate necessary action against such employees.
