[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — misuse of kyc for debiting my account

I have taken device for card swipeing in name of jay ganesh juice center with registered no [protected] on 27/11/2017 and was surrendered 09/01/20017. Due to false commitment by sales executive
.
Despite returning and closing my account within in 45 days nothing was refunded despite several mails and calls.
However in august 2018 some mandate form was activated in my bank without informing me which was immediately informed to call center and also to mr kunal jhadav head of branch at astral tower.
Despite informing they debited me with rs 4970 in august 2018 and also rs 590 in september 2018 just for reason that the is not showing in there system.
I have received the mail from their office in january 2018. Hardly 5 trancation was done in november and december 2017. Which clearly indicates their intention of fraud and hoe to cheat other on the pretext of shortcoming of their system.

Kindly confirm whether you have submitted the device to someone or still you have the device at your shop.
In case of device handover already, kindly share the de-installation invoice provided by Mswipe agent for further verification.

As verified your device is showing active till date hence you have been charged through ECS for rent recovery.

Kindly share the device de-installation invoice to de-activate your account and to check for liable refund post your Surrender request.

Kindly check with RASHMI KARAT MAIL DATED 9.01.2018 FOR DE INSTALLATION OF DEVICE TO TETENTION TEAM AND further collection of device by field executive was done. However no receipt was issued or mailed to me. All of sudden without informing me and any transcation how can my account be debited after 8 months. My cell no [protected] and [protected] are working 24 hrs and are in network. I have also met with Kunal Jhadav ur branch head at astral tower but nothing is done. Gap of 8 months clearly shows yours intentions.

If your device is verified and activated till date pls check its location and check the last date of transcation. Just to cheat people and short coming of your staff and system dont charge me. Just make note of rashmi karat mail dated 9.01.2018 all of sudden how can u charge after eight month in august and again in September. Which clearly shows and expose the fraud and intention of yours.

Its yours people who dont answer the call KUNAL JHADAV WHO IS BRANCH HEAD OF BYCULLA BRANCH.
