Mswipe Technologies — money debited after cancelling services and no refund after raising multiple messages

Money debited bank account for 8 months even after cancelling services. When raised multiple complaints, they promised refunds and almost after 2 months of complain no refund. Don't ever go to Mswipe they are cheaters and they don't even have a proper system in place.
