[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — money debited from user's account but not credited to your account | |||
Hi team, Hope you doing well. On a saturday evening the 13th of oct we had swipped a user's debit card for 4200 rupees. Certainly on our device and on the application we got an error stating that the transaction has failed. But the customer (Payee) got a message on his phone stating that his account is been debited for 4200 rupees. Kindly investigate on it and update us accordingly.
