[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — money deduction from my account even after called to cancel the product | |||
Dear team, I had called in feb 2018 to cancel my mswipe service bearing # [protected] and sim number 02157428. I was adviced that one of the representatives will come and collect the device and that never happened even after calling several times requesting to stop deducting money and take back the device. Finally, i found another representative from another area of mswipe and asked him to collect the same on 25th june 2018. But still, they have been deducting money from my account. I was advised of full refund from february but in vain. I kindly request your team to have this fund refunded to my account and stop deducting it henceforth.
