[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — money is getting deducted from my account even though i'm not a customer now

I had 3 machines from these guys and have stopped using from april first week. From then, i'm continuously mailing these people to get the machine back and close all the connections. From april till today, nobody has turned up, neither called me for anything related to this and when i checked today a total of 4180 rupees is being deducted from my account by mswipe. October 20th itself 3830 rupees was deducted. Even after repeated emails, no one has even turned back and now all of a sudden, money has vanished from my account. I need the money to be credited back to my account. It's not my mistake. I have communicated way back and they have not even taken any action. Now my money is gone!!

Updated by Hariharansnair The request number was TBK02489325. I have called to customer care now. and he confirmed that the amount of ~4189 rupees should be coming back to my account. However i need an update here too. Please credit it back to my account as soon as possible. The amount which I have mentioned is based on 3 transactions from September and October.
