HI Iam customer of mswipe with device number.[protected] and raised a request for device de installation on 02 july 2020, through phone call to custome care, and he asked me to clear present month rent outstanding through link sended by him to take the cancellation request.i paid the same on 02/07/2020 and request was taken, on 07 july 2020 the device was surrendered at mswipe office hyderabad, and taken i/c form and shared with mswipe team as a proof of device surrender along with rental paid receipt screenshot and same day was de installed in their sysytem, now i cleared all outstanding by making payment through link, that payment is still not updated even shared with rent department and debited my account through ECS MANDATE, and contacted them to refund and shared paid receipt again, still they not refunded excess amount debited and not updating the link payment. i request mswipe to update my payment and refund excess amount and stop ECS.
