Mswipe Technologies — Money stuck in processing not received from both side

I have to received money from mswipe merchant name Dheeraj Shailesh from mumbai through qr code . I scanned that code and it ask me paid the same amount i have to received .first time it was successful for 100 rs transaction but for 12000 it was stuck and money was not received on any side.
Please check .
