Mswipe Technologies — monthly charges deducted from account without any usage!!

I had hardly used the mswipe device for 3 days in september 2017 after which i haven't even touched it.
Despite my constant and tiring requests for wanting to surrender the device, i am still stuck with it.
During my telephonic conversation to the mswipe helpline and customer care numbers, i am very convincingly promised that an executive will come and collect it from my address at my chosen date and time but no one has ever showed up to collect it.
To make matters worse mswipe has been deducting amounts of money from my account every single month starting from 27th march 2018 to the latest being deducted on 17th january 2020, please note without my permission and upon no usage from my end. (Attaching images for reference)

More than rs.13, 000 has been charged from my account to mswipe till date and they will continue to do so until an end is put to this matter.

Please take the device off my hands and i demand a full refund!

Hoping for a swift action from your side. I will otherwise be asking my bank to stop the multiple payments going to Mswipe Technologies every month via ECS.

Please provide us with you contact details so that we can have a telephonic converstaion and assist you in a better way.
Also if you have asked to surrender your device and there is documentation regarding the same, we assure you that all the liable refunds would be made after the pickup of the device but we first have to make sure that your device gets picked up, lets keep that as our first priority.

Hope to get a response from you and we come down to a solution after that.
