I have requested for deactivation of mswipe device. Your executive mani [protected] had taken the mswipe device via ref no TBK05703027 but till date he is not deactivating the device and charges are being deducted from my account for no reason. I have requested several times to your customer care regarding this but no response is provided. I want to deactivate my device immediately and receive refund of all the charges made.
