[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — mswipe device ending no 72616 was returned to executive but still sent is levied to us | |||
Sir/ madam, This is to inform you that we have 2 mswipe devices out of which 1 device with ending number 72616 we have returned in may2018 to your executive who had come to our place. In spite of repeated call to our call centre we have been debited monthly rent for this device every month which we have checked recently. Now for no reason we are paying rent since last 10 months and the customer care escalation manager mrs preeti says the rent will continue being levied as the device is still not deactivated. Want the resolution immediately and refund for monthly charges for non usage period. Also wild like to know how come the other device got linked to our existing device for debit of rent. Verified Support Mar 07, 2019 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Hon’ble Department of Consumer Affairs, Govt. IndiaWe highly apologize for the inconvenience . We take great care to ensure that important matters such as these are properly managed. As per the complaint received we have received no surrender request from Merchant later device was been handed over for which there is no proof. Hence we have informed Merchant that we will still investigate and update accordingly if device received at our end. | |||
