My name is divya. My mobile no is [protected]
I have given a request to (To take back) surrender my mswipe device and connection on the month of march 2017 through customer care no -[protected]
My complaint id istbk01059559. But still now no person has come to take back the device. And the monthly rental is also being debited from my account for the past three months (March, april, may). I havent used the device for last three month then why should i pay the rental. When i called again and again the customer care, there is no proper response from mswipe.
I call many times but everyone said me they forword my request to related department.
I am very frustated for this kind off issue.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible
