[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — mswipe illegally holding money for more than 5 days.. | |
My user i’d: [protected]. I have done an transaction on 165500/- on 22nd aug 18 i waited till 24th aug but the money was not credited also i didn’t receive any call/email or sms on the status, after calling up the customer care they informing its on hold. After sending the necessary invoice what they asked still it’s not been credited either to my account nor back to customer. Sent multiple emails with reminders called customer care 12times so far no proper response or update. Today is 28th aug 18 - day6. Who gave the authority to mswipe to hold someone payment for 6days!!! Withing 24hrs it should be credited or reversed and not hold with them. Guess they are holding all high value transactions and generating business on daily rotation from customers money. This is purely illegal. Either the money should credit back today else legal proceedings will follow.. With penalties.. Having all emails whatsapp messages and call recodings to file a suit.. We will be initiating your amount for INR 166550/- will be refunded by EOD. Today refund will be initiated for this Merchant.
