[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — MSwipe machine not installed...Sales agent Deepak not answering calls. | |||||
I had requested for 2 MSwipe machines for my office (in Delhi) on Tuesday 30th Aug16, and made advance payment on 31st Aug16. The sales agent (Deepak Sharma) promised me that the machine would be installed in 2-3 working days. I called up this guy on 3rd Sep 16, but he requested more time and said that it would be furnished by 5th Sep16(Monday). I have not heard anything from him on the update and now he is even not picking up my calls. This is a pathetic experience with MSwipe technologies and I am really thinking of taking legal action againts you guys. Your sales team is full of liers and cheaters and this is the way they use to steal someone's hard earned money. Can you actually take any action on this OR my perception is correct.
