We have been using this device since more than a year and suddenly no transactions can be done from the past one month. I tried contacting Mswipe customer care again and again and have also dropped them an email couple of times. Every time they say that some representative will visit our premises but nobody does actually. I am really pissed off with mswipe this time and no more wish to continue with their services.
