Mswipe Technologies — mswipe sweeps your account. beware. | |||
This is to inform that i have discontinued my business last year 2018 dec, and requested to close my mswipe account with the customer service, they asked me to hold the machine with me which you can use in future business, so that you can pay a zero rental amount for that. I have paid that amount and so far there was no issues, now yesterday (27.09.19) suddenly mswipe has been debited my account inr 590 for no reason, proof attached below, screen shot of bank statement and sms alert. This is totally unacceptable. Immediately refund my money. Or else i will take it legally. Make sure you disable my account permanent. Do not wish to do any business in future. Mswipe Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 04, 2019 Mswipe Technologies Customer Care's response Hon’ble Department of Consumer Affairs, Govt. India We highly apologize for the inconvenience . We take great care to ensure that important matters such as these are properly managed. As per the complaint received, we spoke with merchant and inform him about the de-installation process. Once device will pickup and same will de-install will forward his details to rent team for process refund amount.

Amount refund of 590 Recieved back. Device not yet collected back. I am afraid this will happen again. One lousy representative called a month back to collect the device but so far no news or no one came to collect the device yet.
