Had paid money on 21/8/19 on the assurance that I would get the product by Saturday by the representative as I had an important event. Not seeing anyone by Saturday, I called the personnel who told it would happen. Nothing happened until evening. When I called him again, he is not responding to the calls or voice messages and not even a call back. When I called him from another number, he responded and gave excuses and asked me to go to customer care again. Called and e mailed the customer care who also has not yet bothered to fix the issue. All they say is representative is assigned. Totally unprofessional behavior. Not even a single soul has bothered to call and update me on the status.
